Auction Rules



This is not an online auction.  The items are only listed, so those attending the auction, can view the lots in advance. 
If you cannot attend the auction, find someone who can bid for you.

All vendors are invited to list their lots,  with a  detailed description and reseve to the MWSC before the auctions.

The lots must be at the venue by 9.30am on the Saturday morning of the Auction, for viewing by the buyers, or by noon for the 3pm auction.

If you want your lots shown on this page, the details and scans of the lots should be send by email to rodsell@rodsell.com

Please bring up to 50 lots for each of the auctions and they will be displayed on the tables. 
If you have lots for both auctions list them 1 to 50 for the morning auction and new initials 1 to 50 for the afternoon auction.

The mimimum reserve for each lot is $5

The Stamp Club will take a 10% commission on the selling price.

Bidders who plan on bidding on a lot of items can pay at the close of the auction for the lots they won.
They will need to give us a list of the lots they plan on bidding on, and we will list the hammer price.
